AI-enabled tools also facilitate rapid style proposals, color refinements, and high-quality visualizations, empowering our teams to create with efficiency and accuracy while responding to market demands faster.
Dual Production Ecosystem
Meridian operates a dual production ecosystem, balancing speed, flexibility, and luxury quality. In China, our AI-accelerated fast-response system provides flexibility, enabling small to mid-volume orders with bulk delivery in as little as 4 weeks. Meanwhile, in Cambodia, we focus on producing high-end knitwear, specializing in luxury fibers like cashmere and Merino. Our Cambodia hub is known for its superior knitting precision, refined quality expertise, and the ability to produce low Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) without the pressure of forced volumes. This dual approach allows us to serve diverse client needs while maintaining high standards of excellence.
Manufacturing Strength
Our manufacturing strength is a key asset at Meridian, underpinned by a fleet of 132 advanced knitting machines. With a full gauge range from 16GG to 2GG, we are equipped to handle everything from fine knitwear to heavier garments. This versatile capability enables us to produce luxury fine-gauge pieces, seasonal mid-gauge styles, and heavy-gauge outerwear, meeting the varied demands of our global clientele. Our state-of-the-art machines and expertise in knitting precision ensure that each piece meets the highest standards of quality, durability, and design.
